This is one of my husbands favorite ways of eating spinach. It's creamy w/ a little crunch to it, and very simple to make.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 - 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry.
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 teaspoon leemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
How To Make creamed spinach casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, milk and seasoning until well blended.

Step 3Spoon mix into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs. Bake 25-30 min, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
