75 milliliters milk
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
20 grams butter
1 tablespoon cornflour

How To Make creamed shrooms in cracked pepper sauce

Step 1

Melt butter in small sauce pan, chop shrooms, sweat in butter, add 50 mls milk, simmer.

Step 2

Mix remaining milk with corn flour, stir in on med low heat.
