Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 clove parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/2 cup finely chopped basil
- 2 cups cooked peas
How To Make creamed peas

Step 1Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan. lower the heat simmer 4 minutes to reduce it slightly. melt the butter in a small skillet, and saute the onions over medium heat to translucent 3 minutes.

Step 2Add the cooked onion and the cheese in the cream, and continue to cook until slightly thickened, 3 minutes. add the basil, and peas, heat through and serve
