How to Make Creamed Peas
- Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan. lower the heat simmer 4 minutes to reduce it slightly. melt the butter in a small skillet, and saute the onions over medium heat to translucent 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked onion and the cheese in the cream, and continue to cook until slightly thickened, 3 minutes. add the basil, and peas, heat through and serve
