Ingredients

  • 5 large cucumbers- peeled and sliced thin.
  • 1 bunch green onions- entire onion- chopped
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

How To Make creamed cucumbers

  • Step 1
    Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Cover cucumbers/ onions and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Step 3
    While you wait for the vegetables to chill. In another bowl combine all dressing ingredients.
  • Step 4
    After the hour- combine everything in the large bowl.
  • Step 5
    Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
