Ingredients
- 5 large cucumbers- peeled and sliced thin.
- 1 bunch green onions- entire onion- chopped
- DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
How To Make creamed cucumbers

Step 1Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.

Step 2Cover cucumbers/ onions and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3While you wait for the vegetables to chill. In another bowl combine all dressing ingredients.

Step 4After the hour- combine everything in the large bowl.

Step 5Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
