  • 5 large
    cucumbers- peeled and sliced thin.
  • 1 bunch
    green onions- entire onion- chopped

  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion salt

How to Make Creamed Cucumbers


  1. Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
  2. Cover cucumbers/ onions and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. While you wait for the vegetables to chill. In another bowl combine all dressing ingredients.
  4. After the hour- combine everything in the large bowl.
  5. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
