- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
How To Make cream spinach

Step 1Thaw and drain the spinach.

Step 2In a heavy pot melt butter and add the flour to make a roux.

Step 3add the spinach,heavy cream stiring constantly. add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.And serve.
