Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds frozen spinach
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

How To Make cream spinach

  • Step 1
    Thaw and drain the spinach.
  • Step 2
    In a heavy pot melt butter and add the flour to make a roux.
  • Step 3
    add the spinach,heavy cream stiring constantly. add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.And serve.
