cream spinach in a hurry...
I love spinach anyway, But I saw a cooking show that made Cream spinach that took about an hour.. That is just to long for anything... So I decide to revamp my old recipe with a little bit of there idea.. It came out pretty good... Did have my camera to take a picture but I will next time..

Ingredients
- 3 bunches washed and cleaned spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 cloves garlic chopped finely
- 1 small shallot, chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 dash parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make cream spinach in a hurry...

Step 1Boil water and salt it. When it came to a rapid boil add spinach cook for 5 minutes. Drain in a cloth, taking out all the excess water.

Step 2Meanwhile, add olive to a med high skillet; saute the garlic and shallots for 1 or 2 minutes. Add drain spinach to pan; combine.

Step 3Add heavy cream, cheese , salt , pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 15 minutes until spinach and the liquid is well mix and cheese is melted.
