Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries (craisins)
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
How To Make cranberry & pecan roasted brussels sprouts

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F.

Step 2Toss sprouts, oil, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, stirring once or twice, for 30 minutes.

Step 3Add cranberries and pecans and stir. Roast another 5 minutes, or until sprouts are golden on the outside and tender inside.

Step 4Transfer to a bowl and serve.
