  • 1 lb
    brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 c
    dried sweetened cranberries (craisins)
  • 1/4 c
    pecan pieces

How to Make Cranberry & Pecan Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss sprouts, oil, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, stirring once or twice, for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cranberries and pecans and stir. Roast another 5 minutes, or until sprouts are golden on the outside and tender inside.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
