Cranberry & Pecan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
1 lbbrussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 Tbspolive oil
1/2 tspsea salt
1/4 tspground black pepper
1 cdried sweetened cranberries (craisins)
1/4 cpecan pieces
How to Make Cranberry & Pecan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss sprouts, oil, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, stirring once or twice, for 30 minutes.
- Add cranberries and pecans and stir. Roast another 5 minutes, or until sprouts are golden on the outside and tender inside.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
