Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries (craisins)
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces

How To Make cranberry & pecan roasted brussels sprouts

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Step 2
    Toss sprouts, oil, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast, stirring once or twice, for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add cranberries and pecans and stir. Roast another 5 minutes, or until sprouts are golden on the outside and tender inside.
  • Step 4
    Transfer to a bowl and serve.
