- 2 pounds cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 4 - scallions thinly sliced
- 4 - jalapeno peppers seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon krosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make corn salad with tomatoes

Step 1In a large bowl,combine corn,tomatoes ,scallions,jalapenos,oil,lime juice ,kosher salt and pepper.
