corn salad

Love this salad, I use this salad when I had made corn on the cob.. Plus left over veggies.. You can always mix it up...I thinks it just Yummy.. You can eat it hot or cold...

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn
  • 1/2 cup of each ( yellow,red,green) bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup may or vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 cup divided cheese, shredded ( soy cheese for vegetarian)
  • 1 cup crushed chili favorite chips

How To Make corn salad

  • Step 1
    Combine All ingredients except chips in a bowl and mix well. Refrig for 1 hour to blended all favors.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining cheese and top with chip at time of serving..
