    (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) cream style corn
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, softened
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    (8.5 ounce) Jiffy dry cornbread mix

How to Make Corn Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, margarine, sour cream, and corn bread mix.
  4. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
