Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream style corn
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8.5 ounce) Jiffy dry cornbread mix

How To Make corn pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Step 2
    Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    In a medium bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, margarine, sour cream, and corn bread mix.
  • Step 4
    Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
