Ingredients
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream style corn
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package (8.5 ounce) Jiffy dry cornbread mix
How To Make corn pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

Step 3In a medium bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, cream style corn, margarine, sour cream, and corn bread mix.

Step 4Pour into the prepared casserole dish.

Step 5Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
