This is an easy no mess way to cook corn be it for two or twenty. I took this to a picnic and it was a huge hit. I just lined a cooler with aluminum foil. placed corn in cooler and put foil over top. Stayed hot for a long time,

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350* Leave silk and husks on corn and place directly on middle oven rack. bake for 30 minutes.
  • 2After 30 minutes take out of oven, shuck and roll in melted butter if desired.
