This was my mom's recipe that I thought was lost. Found the recipe card in an old cookbook of hers this weekend. So excited to have this back in my recipe fold! I grew up eating this and it will be nice to share it with my family!

Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernal corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons heaping, all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup diced, red or green pepper
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Combine all ingredients and pour them into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 20 min.
