This was my mom's recipe that I thought was lost. Found the recipe card in an old cookbook of hers this weekend. So excited to have this back in my recipe fold! I grew up eating this and it will be nice to share it with my family!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    creamed corn
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 4 Tbsp
    heaping, all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    diced, red or green pepper
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper

How to Make Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour them into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 20 min.
