Ingredients
- 2 cans 16-oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 3 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make corn casserole

Step 1Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Mix flour and sugar together, then add to eggs. Stir in corn, 3/4 of the bacon, salt and pepper and cheese. Put into buttered 11x7 inch pan. Top with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Makes 6-8 servings.
