Ingredients

  • three turkey necks
  • two tablespoons chicken broth powder or one cup chicken broth or one can chicken broth
  • one package lipton onion soup mix

How To Make collard greens

  • Step 1
    Cook turkey necks in two quarts of water for one hour.
  • Step 2
    Add rest of the ingredients and turkey necks, add sone pepper and one teaspoon of cruched garlic.
  • Step 3
    Add greens you can use turnips, mu s mustard or kale, or use more than one kind of green together
  • Step 4
    Cook on medium high until greens are tender to to your taste.
