Ingredients

8 cfinely chopped cabbage (about 1 head)

1/4 cshredded carrot (1 medium carrot)

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/3 cgranulated sugar
-
1/4 cmilk (2% or skim)

1/4 cbuttermilk
-
2 1/2 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
1 1/2 Tbspwhite vinegar or *tarragon wine vinegar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspfinely minced onion

VINEGAR - HAVE LEARNED FROM RELIABLE SOURCE THAT TARRAGON WINE VINEGAR IS KFC'S SECRET!!!
How to Make Clone KFC Cole Slaw
- Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped/shredded into very fine pieces (about the size of rice)
- Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt & pepper in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add the cabbage, carrots & onion and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. ENJOY!!!
