classic potato salad
Here's my recipe for potato salad, great for summer when vegetables are fresh!!! This potato salad is awesome for potlucks and picnics and is a family favorite and many requests for the recipe.

Ingredients
- 9 - new potatoes, steamed until tender, chopped in bite size pieces
- 6 - eggs, boiled, chopped in bite size pieces
- 1 - medium sweet onion, chopped in bite size pieces
- 3 - stalks celery, chopped in bite size pieces
- 1 - large cucumber, chopped in bite size pieces
- 3 - radishes, sliced thin, then quartered
- 2 cups miracle whip, or hellmann's® real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup wish-bone® deluxe french salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon coleman’s dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- - garlic salt and fresh grind pepper, to taste
How To Make classic potato salad

Step 1Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, Wish-Bone® Deluxe French Salad Dressing, dry mustard, parsley, salt, pepper in a small bowl. Whisk together, making sure there are no lumps of dry mustard.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl combine the potatoes, celery, onion, radishes, cucumbers and eggs and toss gently.

Step 3Gently toss together the vegetables with the dressing mixture, making sure to evenly combine ingredients.

Step 4Cover with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to use or serve at room temperature
