1 can boiled chick pea.
2 Tbsp
chick pea flour(besan aata)
1 Tbsp
chola masala
2 medium
chopped onions
2 medium
chopped tomatoes or 2tbsp tomato puree
2 Tbsp
coriander powder
1 tsp
salt or per your taste
1/2 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
asafoetida
2 c
water
1 tsp
red chilli powder
2 Tbsp
oil

How to Make Chola(veg chickpea)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Take a pressure cooker.Add 2 tbsp of oil.Add chick pea flour and onions.Fry till light golden brown.
  • 2Add tomatoes ,asafoetida,corainder powder amd rest of the ingredients with chickpea as well.
  • 3Cover with cooker lid n give 2-3 whistles.Serve hot.
