Ingredients

    1 can boiled chick pea.
  • 2 Tbsp
    chick pea flour(besan aata)
  • 1 Tbsp
    chola masala
  • 2 medium
    chopped onions
  • 2 medium
    chopped tomatoes or 2tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 Tbsp
    coriander powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt or per your taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    asafoetida
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil

How to Make Chola(veg chickpea)

Step-by-Step

  1. Take a pressure cooker.Add 2 tbsp of oil.Add chick pea flour and onions.Fry till light golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes ,asafoetida,corainder powder amd rest of the ingredients with chickpea as well.
  3. Cover with cooker lid n give 2-3 whistles.Serve hot.
