How To Make chinese noodle pancakes

1Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except oil, stir to blend. Hear oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drop 1/4 cupfuls pancake mixture in hot oil. Cook 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, Makes 4 servings.
