chinese chili paste (use less if u arent into spicy)

garlic, cut into 1/4 (i used roasted garlic)
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
cornstarch
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce

  • 2STIR IN CHICKEN BROTH N CHINESE CHILI PASTE COVER N SIMMER UNTIL LIQUID IS MOSTLY ABSORBD. NOW MIX IN A SMALL BOWL SUGAR, CORNSTARCH, SOY SAUCE N OYSTER SAUCE UNTIL ALL IS DISSOLVED.
  • 3ADD CORNSTARCH MIXTURE TO ZUCCHINI N COOK UNTIL SAUCE HAS THICKENED...ENJOY :)
