- 2 - cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3-6 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make chinese cucumber salad

Step 1Mix everything except for cucumber in a big mixing bowl

Step 2Cut cucumbers in half and place on chopping board.

Step 3Cover with plastic wrap so it doesn't splatter.

Step 4Beat or crush cucumber with blunt object like rolling pin or mace. Roughly chop up the pieces.

Step 5Mix cucumbers with sauce and chill in fridge for 30 min...then serve.
