Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 8 oz
    can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 4 oz
    can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How to Make CHINESE CELERY

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large skillet, bring yo a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 12-14 minutes or umtil celery is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings.
