I suggest tossing oriental vegetable mix in the drippings instead of pouring over rice. Also, since I'm a fan of 5th season, I suggest the Lemon and pepper seasoning because its a perfect match. If your not able to get some salt and pepper to taste is just fine.

- 6 - chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 - lemons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves crushed garlic
- - 5th season lemon and pepper seasonig salt
How To Make chicken thigh delight

Step 1In a shallow dish, soak chicken thighs in soy sauce. Squeeze juice from the lemons into the dish. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2While the chicken is marinating, melt butter in a large skillet or wok. Add garlic and fry until tender. Add chicken thighs and cook on medium high until the juices run clear, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3Serve over white rice with pan drippings.
