I suggest tossing oriental vegetable mix in the drippings instead of pouring over rice. Also, since I'm a fan of 5th season, I suggest the Lemon and pepper seasoning because its a perfect match. If your not able to get some salt and pepper to taste is just fine.

butter
5 clove
crushed garlic
5th season lemon and pepper seasonig salt

How to Make Chicken Thigh Delight

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a shallow dish, soak chicken thighs in soy sauce. Squeeze juice from the lemons into the dish. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
  • 2While the chicken is marinating, melt butter in a large skillet or wok. Add garlic and fry until tender. Add chicken thighs and cook on medium high until the juices run clear, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 3Serve over white rice with pan drippings.
