- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 3 cups cubed sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup preshredded parmesan cheese
- 3 cups broccoli cut into small florets
- 3 cups chickn chopped ( rotisserie chicken can be used )
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
- 1 - ( 10 oz ) container refrigerated alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make chicken- and-broccoli casserole.

Step 1Prepare oven to 400 degreese. Drizzle butter over bread crumbs in a large bowl, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.

Step 2Combine broccoli and chicken, red bell pepper, alfredo sauce , and sour cream, in a bowl. Spoon filling into a lightly greased rectangular baking dish. top with bread crumbs.

Step 3Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is toasted.
