Leftover turkey or a rotisserie chicken can be used in this csserole. It's fast and easy to put together, you can use bagged broccoli florets from the produce section. There is no need to precook the broccoli, it will be crisp-tender when the casserole is bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 3 cups cubed sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup preshredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups broccoli cut into small florets
  • 3 cups chickn chopped ( rotisserie chicken can be used )
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 - ( 10 oz ) container refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How To Make chicken- and-broccoli casserole.

  • Step 1
    Prepare oven to 400 degreese. Drizzle butter over bread crumbs in a large bowl, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
  • Step 2
    Combine broccoli and chicken, red bell pepper, alfredo sauce , and sour cream, in a bowl. Spoon filling into a lightly greased rectangular baking dish. top with bread crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is toasted.
