I love tomatoes any way they are fixed.They are so flexable. This is such a simple dish but it is so good.I Think I got it from a Goodhouse Keeping magazine.Its really good. I hope you like it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1/4 citalian dried bread crumbs

1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1 clovegarlic, crushed with garlic press

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspolive oil

2 ptripe cherry tomatoes

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How To Make cherry tomato gratin

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and oil until blended. Place cherry tomatoes in shallow dish. Top with bread crumb mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Bake until heated through and crumbs have browned., about 20 minutes.
