14 ozcanned artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
2-3 ozfresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbspolive oil
1-2 tspmrs dash italian blend
1/2 cfresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded
1 Tbspfresh ground flaxseed (optional)
How to Make Cheesy Mushroom Artichoke Bake
- Preheat oven to 375F and spray a small glass dish with non-stick spray.
- Place artichoke hearts in dish, open ends up. Spread mushrooms out on top of artichokes.
