Ingredients

3 Tbspmelted butter

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 tspsugar

1/2 tspgrated onion

1 cdairy sour cream

12 ozpkg. green beans, thawed and cooked

1/2 lbshredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 ccorn flakes, crushed
-
1/4 ccrispy cooked bacon, chopped
How to Make Cheesy Green Bean Casserole
- Combine 2 Tablespoons butter and flour; cook gently. Remove from heat; stir in seasoning and sour cream.
Fold in beans. Place in shallow 2 quart casserole.
Cover with cheese, then with crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 Tablespoon butter and bacon bits.
Bake in moderate oven 350^ for 30 minutes.
