Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 12 ounces pkg. green beans, thawed and cooked
- 1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup crispy cooked bacon, chopped
How To Make cheesy green bean casserole

Step 1Combine 2 Tablespoons butter and flour; cook gently. Remove from heat; stir in seasoning and sour cream. Fold in beans. Place in shallow 2 quart casserole. Cover with cheese, then with crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 Tablespoon butter and bacon bits. Bake in moderate oven 350^ for 30 minutes.
