1Place cauliflower in a large microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes.
2Uncover and stir. Re-cover and microwave for another 3 1/2 minutes, or until hot and soft.
Drain excess liquid. Add cheese wedges, breaking them into pieces, and Parm-style topping. Add a dash of pepper and 1/8 tsp. each salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Thoroughly mash and mix.
