cheesy cauliflower bake

Recipe by
Sarah Genevra Thorn
Whittier, CA

I spent some time in London England in 2009, and My friends took me to an actual Country Club for lunch, my friend nudged me and said you have to try this. This dish was what I tried, and it stuck with me. No one could duplicate it, and since I didn't know the name, I simply called it, Cheesy Cauliflower. I found this recipe 3 years ago...this is as close as I have been able to get & it is a wonderful addition to a meal, or on it's own, how my family & I eat it. *** Before I make any of my dishes I meditate, and focus on baking & cooking with love, it actually does make a difference.
