Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/4 pound (4 oz.) velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

How To Make cheesy broccoli toss

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, cook the first 3 ingredients on medium-high for 5 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender, Velveeta is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
  • Step 3
    Note: You may add 1 minced garlic clove with the broccoli.
