- 2 cups milk, skim
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 1 cup (4 oz) reduce-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 cups rice, instant
- 2 cups broccoli, fresh chopped
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
