Ingredients

  • 1 can low-fat cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk, skim
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 cup (4 oz) reduce-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups rice, instant
  • 2 cups broccoli, fresh chopped
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make cheesy broccoli-rice bake

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350*, coat 9X13 backing pan with cooking spray
  • Step 2
    in a large bowl combine ingredients saving 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Step 3
    put in your back pan and sprinkle with the 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Step 4
    cover and bake for 35 minutes, then uncover and bake 5-10 minutes more
  • Step 5
