Ingredients
- 24 - large mushrooms (fresh),caps reserved,stems minced.
- 1/3 cup butter, unsalted
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces (3/4 cup) goat cheese crumbled
- 2 (1/2 cup ounces blue cheese crumbled
- 1/4 stick butter, unsalted
How To Make cheese-filled mushroom caps

Step 1place mushroom caps,hollow side up,in9x13-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 450f.

Step 2melt buter in a medium skillet. Add miced stems and onion,and saute over med heat untill soft. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs,parsley,lemon juice,and salt. Mix well:cool to room temperature.

Step 3Stir in cheeses until combind. Spoon cheese mixture into mushroom caps. Brush with melted butter. Bake 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
