Ingredients
- 2 chayote squash
- 8 ounces crimini mushrooms sliced
- 4 ounces bacon sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pasilla chili powder
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sauvignon blanc
How To Make chayote squash

Step 1saute bacon until almost crisp

Step 2add chayote, garlic, and crimini mushrooms and saute 5 minutes

Step 3add pasilla powder and wine, partially cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed roughly 10 minutes
