1To blanch cauilflower:
bring a large pot of slightly salted water to boil.
add cleaned and chopped cauliflour.
Boil until just crisp tender (2-4 min depending on how small you chopped the cauliflower.)
drain and put cauliflower into icewater to stop cooking.
Let cool . Drain. Set aside.
2Mix all remaining ingredients(except peas)
3Fold in cauliflower and peas.
Add bacon if desired.
