- 1Cut Cauliflower in pieces, discard stem
- 2"Rice" in a food processor, pulsing several times until it looks like rice.
- 3Saute in a skillet with the canola oil and chopped green onions.... till a little brown.
- 4add in the soy sauce ( adjust to your taste as needed) as well as the frozen veggies, fry together and cover about 5 -10 mins until frozen are heated through....scramble the 1 egg in microwave 1 min, add in.
