Leeks n brocoli go great with it.
Have used cabbage, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes ( raw), bok / pak choy, beans in past. Celery ruins the flavour tho.
Great the next day reheated as lunch or in container for work / school lunch.
How to Make Cauliflower cheese
- 1Cut cauli into floweretes, thicker part of stalk may also be diced up. Par bowl covered in shallow water.
- 2For white sauce refer to my other listed recipe.
Stir in half the cheese until melts.
- 3Into glass casserole dish or similar place cauli, ideally top sides up for appearance, pour over cheese sauce, season, top with grated cheese, slices of tomato ( optional) then bread crumbs, sprinkle cracked peeper over.
Bake 180c until cheese goes golden.
