- 1 - head cauliflower
How To Make cauiflower rice

Step 1Wash n core the cauliflower, cut off the aged pieces (brown edges) around the top n throw them outside for the critters.

Step 2Cut up the head so it'll fit it food processor (you can use a cheese grater if you don't have a processor ) make sure its really dry before you grate it. You want it to be coarse and a little bigger than actual rice after you've processed/grate it.

Step 3Steam for about 4-6 mins then pour it into a cheese cloth or a clean dish towel and and squeeze every bit of water out of it that you can and now you have cauliflower rice to be used in endless recipes!
