Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, scraped and cut into julienne strips
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 cups red plums, pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How To Make carrots and plums

Step 1Saute the carrot in butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until crisp=tender.

Step 2Stir in the chopped plum and sugar, and cook until the plum is tender. Stir in the salt.

Step 3Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
