Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, scraped and cut into julienne strips
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3 cups red plums, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

How To Make carrots and plums

  • Step 1
    Saute the carrot in butter in a large skillet over medium high heat until crisp=tender.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chopped plum and sugar, and cook until the plum is tender. Stir in the salt.
  • Step 3
    Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
