How To Make carrot shirishiri

1Peel the carrots and slice thinly with a slicer or knife. Beat the egg. Cook the carrots in a frying pan. When they have wilted, add the tuna. Add the egg and cook until the egg becomes crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and Mentsuyu to taste.
