Ingredients
- 4 cups carrots, sliced and cooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups herb stuffing (not cubes)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
How To Make carrot casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Melt 3 tbsp butter and saute onion. Add soup and pepper. Mix well. Add cheese; stir or whisk until melted.

Step 3Pour onion mixture into a prepared casserole dish in layers. Onion mixture, carrots, dry herb stuffing, and repeat until you run out of ingredients ending with dry herb stuffing. Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
