4 ccarrots, sliced and cooked
1 mediumonion, chopped
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
1/8 tspblack pepper
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
2 cherb stuffing (not cubes)
1/3 cbutter, melted
How to Make Carrot Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt 3 tbsp butter and saute onion.
Add soup and pepper. Mix well.
Add cheese; stir or whisk until melted.
- Pour onion mixture into a prepared casserole dish in
Onion mixture, carrots, dry herb stuffing, and repeat until you run out of ingredients ending with dry herb stuffing.
Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
