2Melt 3 tbsp butter and saute onion.
Add soup and pepper. Mix well.
Add cheese; stir or whisk until melted.
3Pour onion mixture into a prepared casserole dish in

Pour 1/3 cup melted butter over top.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
