It's Carla Hall , of the "Crew" , to the rescue by jazzing up some green beans into this tasty treat. Try them they are delicious!! Recipe tweaked a bit by me! Hope you like this new version....

Ingredients
- FOR BEANS
- - peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 pound green beans, blanched and dried
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup all purpose flour or cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper,optional
- 1 cup beer or buttermilk (regular milk may be used)
- 1 large egg
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon each salt and pepper
How To Make fried green beans

Step 1In a shallow dish combine all dry ingredients, set aside. In another shallow dish combine beer or buttermilk and whisk in the egg. Dredge green beens beans in dry mixture, then wet mixture, then back to the dry mixture. Place beans into the hot oil, fry until golden brown, about 1-2-minutes. Remove to metal strainer then to paper towel lined baking sheet(helps keep the green beans from getting soggy). In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard and salt to taste. Serve the beans with the creamy dipping sauce!
