1Scrape carrots and slice to medium thickness. Put in a deep 1-quart microwaveable casserole dish. Set aside.
2In small mcrowaveable dish, combine remaining ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute on high. Spoon sauce over carrots. Cover and microwave 3 minutes on high. Stir and baste with sauce. Microwave an additional 3 minutes.
3Microwave uncovered for an additional 3 minutes. Serve
