Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen veg. combo. (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) thawed
- 1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
How To Make campbell's swiss medley casserole

Step 1Stir the soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables and 2/3 of the french fried onions and 1/2 of the swiss cheese in a (2 qrt) casserole dish. Cover.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 mins or until the vegetables are tender. Stir.

Step 3Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake for 5 mins more or until onions are golden.
