Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    asparagus, fresh, trimmed
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of asparagus soup
  • 1/3 c
    milk or water
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Campbell's Saucy Asparagus Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the asparagus in a 13x9x2 inch (3 qrt) shallow baking dish.
  2. Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl and pour over the asparagus. Mix the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the soup mixture.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 mins. or until golden brown and bubbly.
