cabbage & sour cream
This recipe was given to my husband by a friend. We really love it. You can add a tsp. of caraway seeds, but that is optional.

Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- enough water to saute cabbage until tender
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or more if needed)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
How To Make cabbage & sour cream

Step 1Chop cabbage and add salt, pepper, & butter with enough water to saute/steam cabbage (covered) until tender.

Step 2Drain water from cabbage and add sour cream.

Step 3Season to taste with additional salt & pepper. Serve warm.
