Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 -15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 32 oz. cans vegetable juice cocktail (v 8 juice)
- - 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pounds of cabbage, sliced
How To Make cabbage soup

Step 1Brown ground beef, onion & garlic in skillet, until crumbly; drain.

Step 2In large dutch oven place the ground beef mixture; add the remaining ingredients & simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more seasoning if desired.
