How to Make CABBAGE IN CREAM
- Wash cabbage. Boil in salted water until tender, about 30-35 minutes. Drain and chop well.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, blend in cream and stir over medium heat until sauce is thick. Season with salt and pepper. Add cabbage and simmer 5 minutes.
- Place mixture into a 2-qt. buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
