Ingredients
- 1 can small cabbage chopped
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- TOPPING
- 1 stalk ritz crackers
- one cup cheese
- 1 stick butter melted
How To Make cabbage casserole

Step 1Place coarsely chopped cabbage in a casserole dish. No need to grease pan.

Step 2Layer coarsely chopped onion on top of cabbage. Salt and pepper the onion and cabbage.

Step 3Mix the soup, mayonnaise, and butter together and place on top of the onion/cabbage. Spread lightly. Don't mix.

Step 4Mix the topping ingredients in a separate bowl and sprinkle over the top.

Step 5Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly. Keep an eye on it.
