Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine..softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (5oz) evaporated milk
- 2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup rice krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine..melted
How To Make butternut squash bake

Step 1In a mixing bowl,cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs,milk,& vanilla. Stir in squash (mixture will be thin)

Step 2Pour into a greased 11"x7"x2" baking dish.

Step 3Bake,uncovered, in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until almost set.

Step 4Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over casserole.Return to oven 5-10 minutes more.or until bubbly.
