- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup sugar
How To Make butter&garlic glazed baby carrots

Step 1bring baby carrots to a boil. add 1/2 of 1/3cp of sugar to carrots in water. drain when tender but firm, in sm sauce pan melt butter add minced garlic an rest of sugar on low heat till butter is melted an sugar carmelized. pour over carrots stir in lightly till carrots coated. srve with cranberry glazed pork loins and brown wild rice.
