How to Make Butter and Herb Spaghetti Squash

Step-by-Step

  1. First you need to cook the spaghetti squash.
Cut the squash in half lengthwise, and place cut side down in a baking dish. Add about 1/2 inch of water, and cover with foil.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees, for 1 hour.
Squash is done, when it's tender when pierced.

Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. Take a fork to separate the strands of the squash, and place in a bowl.
(These steps can be done ahead of time, then chill until ready to proceed with cooking.)
  4. Melt the butter in a pan, add the squash, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well, and heat through.

    Enjoy
