- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make butter and herb spaghetti squash
-
Step 1First you need to cook the spaghetti squash. Cut the squash in half lengthwise, and place cut side down in a baking dish. Add about 1/2 inch of water, and cover with foil.
-
Step 2Bake at 375 degrees, for 1 hour. Squash is done, when it's tender when pierced. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
-
Step 3Take a fork to separate the strands of the squash, and place in a bowl. (These steps can be done ahead of time, then chill until ready to proceed with cooking.)
-
Step 4Melt the butter in a pan, add the squash, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well, and heat through. Enjoy
